Redmount Ltd is a London based Hardware Retailer and Building Maintenance Company established since 1996. We undertake to do all property maintenance and full refurbishment which covers bathrooms – kitchens – wiring and rewiring, plumbing, heating system.

We has an extensive database of reliable suppliers and professional tradesmen for e.g. Professional electricians, plumbers, carpenters, painters and decorators and Handy-mans to meet every need at competitive rates.

We also have other department which undertake home management services for the aboard clients who have homes or several homes in London which we would take the worry out leaving a property vacant for weeks or months at a time as it offer a peace of mind that if something goes wrong there is someone there to deal with it promptly.

We have been successfully providing a full range of professional services, our service includes for the empty property as below mentioned. Our domestic cleaners are fully trained and guaranteed to clean your home to the highest standards. We offer experienced reliable friendly cleaners fully trained to deal with your personal needs.

  1. Weekly Property Visit, covering every room in the  property every week or once a month depends on the client’s requirement.
  2. Security check
  3. Removal of junk mail
  4. Property conditions check
  5. 24 hour key holder service, including intruder alarm representation
  6. Emergency call out as required

Additional Services

  1. Pre-arrival home cleaning
  2. Housekeeping ( window, carpet, chimney sweeping another cleaning
  3. Check if there is any leakage in the flat from the above flat or to the flat below.
  4. Check and keep all the windows open for few minutes for the ventilation and freshness
  5. Check all the water points, open on/off e.g. wash basin, bath, shower mixers and cleaning and disinfecting the toilets seat inside and outside, clean the toilet bowl inside and outside flush 2 x toilets to keep the bowl of the toilet full with water as if it kept empty the bad smell plus pest can come through it from our experience in summer the bowl water will dry soon empty within 1 weeks and in winter within 2 weeks.
  6. Cleaning the flat completely once a month which includes Vacuuming, dusting, and moping if required, cleaning the bathrooms, toilets make ready for the property owners arrival at any time.

 

Terms and Conditions

We have the fee structure is simple, clear and competitive and guaranteed to be lower than competitors providing similar service offers total peace of mind to property owners, with a reliable, professional and comprehensive service.

  1. Our charges is on weekly basis
  2. Minimum hours for each visit is 2 hours every weeks or 8 hrs a month depends on size of the flat/house
  3. Payment can be made by direct debit, on accounts, cheque or cash we accept all types of payments.
  4. The parking charges are excluded in our charge and parking charges will applicable if the parking is not available

You can spend £200 a month to keep your empty property clean and tidy and worries free. Ready for any time

Minimum Property Management fees apply which £ 2200 yearly

Property Management fees are to be paid in advance for 6 months

All our charges are exclusive of VAT currently 20%
